Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
- You will be required to master the skills of a baker, shift lead and manager as part of your job will be to aid in the training of those roles
- Enthusiastic about performance improvement
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
- Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies and other duties to ensure overall success of the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy business
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
- Processing payroll and ensuring accurate timesheets
- creating and maintaining the schedule
- Projecting and maintaining inventory
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year restaurant or bakery experience preferred but not required
- 1 year work experience minimum required, 2 years work experience preferred
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Time and project management skills
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
