Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our engineering team. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with experience in building systems and a passion for guest service, this is your opportunity to be part of a top-tier resort on the Gulf Coast.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily repairs and maintenance on resort property
- Troubleshoot and fix issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, pools, and general maintenance
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Respond quickly to service requests and emergencies
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Assist in renovation and upgrade projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, pool systems, and general property maintenance
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or similar environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Pool certification or HVAC certification a plus (but not required)
