About the Role
We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our San Bernardino location.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high standards, supporting employees, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The Store Manager is responsible for store operations, employee oversight, cash handling procedures, cleanliness standards, and communication with upper management.
This is a working manager position, meaning you will actively participate in day-to-day store operations while leading the team.
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday & Saturday: OFF
Approximately 30–35 hours per week.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Maintain company cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Ensure supplies and inventory remain stocked
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support store attendants
- Assist with employee training and onboarding
- Promote accountability and adherence to company policies
- Address performance concerns and communicate issues to management
- Help maintain positive employee morale and teamwork
Customer Service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Handle refund requests and customer inquiries
- Maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Cash Handling & Reporting
- Assist with cash and coin collection procedures
- Maintain accurate operational records and logs
- Follow company cash-handling and security procedures
- Report operational or financial discrepancies immediately
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory, lead, assistant manager, or store manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling cash and operational responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.50 – $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
