Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, handling referrals and filing
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Translate
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience:
- 3 years previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience working in a medical office is required
- Insurance verification knowledge a plus
-Bilingual (Spanish/English)
