Occupational Therapist (OT) (Contract)

Location: CA 95210
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Employment Type: Travel or Permanent Opportunity
Pay: $90/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients; develop & implement OT treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve ADLs, strength, and functional independence
Monitor progress; adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
