Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Proven experience in face to face sales (not over the phone)
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management
- Solid understanding of project management principles to coordinate cross-functional efforts effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
