BUBBLE TEA + RAMEN Store
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as bubble tea, coffee, tea, slush and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Pack or bring out food items, such as Ramen and Rice Bowl, for customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in the food service industry, preferably as a barista or in a similar role
- Understanding of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts or sales tax
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for every customer
