We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of technical skills and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
This is a One Person Job overseeing 44 units. Candidate must be self starter and able to perform duties with little or no supervision.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintainance Person to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess solid background in maintenance management, and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management. Candidate must handle daily work order with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.
- Basic knowledge with HVAC systems ( certification necessary )
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to schematics and operational standards.
- Lead project management initiatives for renovations or upgrades, coordinating with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed on site.
Experience
- Proven experience in property maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance is required.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, window replacement, door locks.
- Experience using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is preferred.
