Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Operations Director to lead our organization’s operational functions and drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate must have previously owned and operated a Behavioral Health Clinic or still does and is looking to expand.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of operational strategies, manage large-scale organizational change initiatives, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure that business operations are optimized for efficiency, profitability, and scalability, while aligning with our long-term strategic goals. Duties
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic operational plans that support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Manage large-scale change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal restructuring.
- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance revenue streams.
- Direct comprehensive business operations including process improvement, project management, budgeting, forecasting, and program management.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across various departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and operational excellence initiatives.
- Conduct profit and loss analysis to monitor financial health, identify areas for cost reduction, and maximize profitability.
- Drive operational analysis to optimize workflows, improve service delivery, and implement best practices across the organization.
- Lead executive-level team management by fostering a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Utilize data-driven decision making to inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Oversee operational management activities ensuring compliance with industry standards while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in large-scale organizational change management.
- Demonstrated success in business development management and driving revenue growth initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of strategic management principles including strategic planning and operational analysis (minimum 5 years experience)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and supervising senior staff members.
- Expertise in change management processes and implementing operational excellence initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for decision making, budgeting software for financial oversight, and project management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma or similar are advantageous.
