Bronzmopolitan Spray Tan Bar is Scottsdale's luxury spray tan bar specializing in custom heated airbrush spray tans and elevated client experiences.
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Spray Tan Artist to join our team. We're looking for someone who is warm, personable, coachable, energetic, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client.
Previous spray tanning experience is preferred
Schedule & Availability
We are looking for someone with consistent availability Tuesday–Friday and approximately 2 Saturdays per month.
Our ideal schedule currently includes:
- Tuesday: 2PM - 7:30PM
- Wednesday: Open - 3PM
- Thursday: Alternating opening or closing shift - Open - 3PM OR 3PM - Close
- Friday: 3PM - Close
- Saturday: Approximately 2 Saturdays per month / alternating Saturdays, open – close
The schedule will vary based on bookings, seasonality, and team coverage needs.
This position will typically be approximately 15–25 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows and scheduling needs arise.

Responsibilities
- Provide luxury custom airbrush spray tanning services (training provided)
- Educate clients on proper tan preparation and aftercare
- Create a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free experience for every client
- Build genuine relationships with clients and provide personalized service
- Make thoughtful retail and product recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain excellent sanitation and studio cleanliness
- Keep the studio clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready
- Handle client check-ins, checkouts, and cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times
- Learn Bronzmo's products, solutions, services, retail, memberships and client experience standards
- Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively regarding clients, bookings, and studio needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the tanning, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
- Previous airbrush/spray tanning experience is preferred
- Salon, spa, esthetics, cosmetology, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, approachable personality with a genuine interest in taking care of clients
- Positive, outgoing, and confident personality - must genuinely enjoy meeting new people and creating a warm, welcoming experience for clients
- Reliable, dependable, responsive, and punctual
- Comfortable working one-on-one with clients in a personal service environment
- Professional, respectful, and judgment-free demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn new techniques, products, and services
- Comfortable making product and service recommendations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Reliable transportation to and from our Scottsdale location
