We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative Physical Education, Health & Wellness Coach to partner with our Executive Director in developing Weaver Wellness - a growing program designed to help children build healthy habits that last a lifetime.
This is much more than a traditional physical education position. Together, we are creating a program that weaves movement, nutrition, wellness, character, and healthy lifestyle habits into the daily lives of our students.
We are looking for someone who is excited to help shape this vision and inspire children to discover that caring for their bodies and minds can be joyful, meaningful, and lifelong.

- Foster teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, confidence, and resilience.
- Help students build practical life skills that support lifelong health and well-being.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate wellness throughout the school community.
- Bring fresh ideas and creativity as the Weaver Wellness program continues to grow.
Who You Are
- Passionate about helping children develop healthy habits that extend well beyond the classroom.
- Energetic, encouraging, and relationship-focused.
- Creative and excited to help build a unique wellness program.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and contributing new ideas.
- Experienced in coaching, youth fitness, recreation, health, wellness, nutrition, or a related field.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
Why Weaver?
At Weaver, we believe education is about preparing children for life. Through meaningful experiences, strong relationships, and purposeful learning, we help students develop the skills and character they will carry into adulthood.
Weaver Wellness is an extension of that mission. Just as we intentionally nurture curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking, we intentionally teach healthy habits that help children thrive - physically, emotionally, and socially.
If you're excited about helping create a one-of-a-kind wellness program that will make a lasting impact on children and families, we'd love to meet you.
