EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field or public health administration is preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.
Two (2) years of experience in quality assurance or risk management is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Provide management and day-to-day oversight of the Agency's risk management activities, including health and safety, and the root cause analysis of Serious Incidents, to ensure compliance with applicable Agency policies and procedures as well as regulatory standards. Also responsible for identifying trends in service delivery that may benefit from Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and performance improvement planning and follow-up. Ensure the highest quality of person-centered services is being provided to individuals receiving services.
