Overview
Fuze House is looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator to support client relationships, social media strategy, brand marketing, and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong eye for branding and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with brand partners
- Support event promotion and marking efforts before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of campaigns
- Put together professional pitch decks and presentations for brand partners, sponsorship opportunities, and client collaborations
- Create and maintain monthly social media calendars
- Design engaging Instagram flyers, promotional graphics, and event marketing materials using Canva
- Coordinate and draft newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Assist with branding, PR, and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms
- Schedule and publish social media content across multiple channels
- Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, PR, agency work, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Canva and social media content creation
- Experience creating social media calendars and managing content scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Experience with newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools preferred
- Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
