What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Drive Inbound Sales: Convert high-intent, incoming fresh call-ins and exclusive web leads into loyal clients.
- Consult & Educate: Provide personalized consultations, breaking down policy features and benefits transparently.
- Negotiate & Close: Match clients with the best coverage options and premium rates to fit their budgets.
- Streamline Operations: Manage quick sales admin tasks, including application processing and CRM pipeline updates.
- Build Trust: Deliver a world-class customer experience that fosters long-term client relationships. [1]
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Licensed Professional: Must hold an active California Property & Casualty (or Personal Lines) Insurance License.
- Location & Attendance: Ability to work reliably on-site at our Lakewood, CA office.
- Proven Closer: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in insurance sales.
- Master Communicator: Elite negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex financial details.
- Analytical Thinker: Skilled at evaluating client needs to pitch the perfect coverage solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern CRM systems and sales administration tools.
- Bilingual Advantage: Spanish bilingual skills are highly desirable (but not required). [1]
