Walker’s Renton Subaru/Mazda is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to join our growing wholesale parts operation. As our Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and retrieving auto parts and accessories promptly and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service to all our customers. You will work closely with parts department personnel to manage incoming and outgoing parts orders and returns.
Job duties include:
- Deliver and/or pick up automotive parts and accessories
- Collect payment for parts deliveries
- Communicate with parts personnel to update status
- Maintain a clean delivery vehicle
- Must adhere to all local and state traffic laws
- Immediately notify the parts manager(s) of damaged parts or equipment
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Possess a positive attitude
- Must be punctual
- Pass a drug test
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Ability to lift 75-150 lbs
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to use a company provided phone and operate Delivery Trax software.
Experience is not required but is helpful. We are looking for someone who is interested in the automotive industry and has a desire to move up in the department.
This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, 401k, FSA, PTO, and other dealership-specific perks. All job offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening.
Pay: $21.57 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
