We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build valuable technical skills, this is a great opportunity to grow with an industry leader.
What You’ll Do
As an Embroidery Operator, you will work with industry-leading Tajima multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products while helping ensure efficient production flow and outstanding results.
Responsibilities

Operate embroidery machines efficiently while maintaining high quality standards on apparel, headwear, bags, and other products

Review work orders to verify product specifications, thread colors, sizing, and placement details

Set up embroidery machine programs with proper digital files and thread sequences

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality

Perform simple machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
-
Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain an efficient work environment

We’re seeking dependable team players who take pride in their work and are eager to learn.
Qualifications & Skills

Embroidery experience is preferred but not required — paid training is available

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced production environment

Comfortable standing throughout the shift

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends during busy seasons
-
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn embroidery machine operations
-
Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions in English
