CNC Machinist – 1st Shift

$33.00 - $44.00/hr | 40-56 hours per week
Schedule - Monday-Friday - 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Saturdays as required

Responsibilities - CNC Machinist
- Set up, program, edit, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines
- Produce precision-machined components from engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical documentation
- Perform tooling changes, machine offsets, and production setups
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications - CNC Machinist
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with CNC lathes, CNC mills, or both
- Ability to independently set up, program, edit, and operate CNC machines
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments
- Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
