JOB SUMMARY:
The Facilities Asset Management Analyst supports a centralized Maintenance Operations Center by managing, analyzing, and optimizing facilities asset data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset inventories and lifecycle data to support effective preventive maintenance, capital planning, and operational decision-making. Working closely with facilities leadership, maintenance supervisors, and technicians, the Analyst leverages CMMS data, reports, and performance metrics to improve asset reliability, extend equipment life, and ensure school facilities consistently support safe, efficient learning environments.
