Market Leader – Texas (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership: Own and deliver market-level revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Drive new business development, cross-selling, and client retention across all lines of business while maintaining a disciplined sales process (pipeline reviews, forecasting, CRM/Salesforce utilization).
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing producers. Provide consistent coaching, mentorship, and performance management, while fostering a collaborative, results-driven sales culture.
- Market Presence & Partnerships: Serve as the executive face of the company in the local Texas market. Expand market presence through networking, community engagement, carrier relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Operational & Financial Excellence: Maintain full responsibility for market P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Partner with Platform Operations Leadership to ensure efficient workflows, compliance, and process standardization.
- Platform Alignment: Align local market strategy with broader corporate goals, collaborating with peer leaders to share best practices and deliver integrated client solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience specifically within the insurance brokerage industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales leadership, revenue growth, team development, and full P&L financial management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in Property & Casualty (commercial and personal lines); Employee Benefits experience is a major plus.
- Leadership Style: A future-focused attitude driven by intelligence, curiosity, energy, and accountability.
