Responsibilities:

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.

Develop and modify HMI/SCADA applications.

Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and controls documentation.

Support system integration, startup, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing.

Collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams throughout project execution.
-
Provide technical support, training, and post-installation assistance.
-
Assist with project planning, system design, and technical proposals.
-
Support robotic and motion control applications as needed.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field preferred.

5+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial automation, material handling, packaging, or manufacturing environments.

Strong PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley; experience with Siemens, Beckhoff, or Omron is a plus.

Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms and industrial communication networks.

Robotics integration and programming is preferred. (Fanuc, UR, or Omron)

Knowledge of electrical design, control panels, NEC, NFPA, UL, and industrial safety standards.

Experience with servo systems, motion control, robotics, or machine integration preferred.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% for project support and commissioning activities.
