We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Panel Saw Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in the precision cutting of materials used in our high-end custom cabinetry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Panel Saws/CNC to cut wood panels and sheet goods according to specifications.
- Read and interpret cut lists, shop drawings, and work orders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in cuts to meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Typical Work Week: 4 days (5am-3:30pm Monday - Thursday)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a Panel Saw/CNC in a woodworking or cabinetry environment is required.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cut sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately.
- Physically able to lift and move sheet goods and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
