Just Kids Pediatrics is in need of an amazing Triage Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team! We are full service outpatient pediatric clinics in Oklahoma that are dedicated to keeping kids safe from illness and helping them live a healthy lifestyle. We are a fast-paced, dynamic company who strives to provide the best pediatric care to all children. Being a good human is a MUST, Pediatric experience is a PLUS! Spanish speaking is icing on the triage cake!
We have 12 office locations across the OKC/Tulsa metro areas. This position is for our Nurse triage line that will help our families and their kiddos' medical needs as much as possible. Understanding that every encounter may not be our emergency but it will ALWAYS be our Patient's emergency. Patient care comes first! We have positions at our Hefner (6601 W. Hefner Road, OKC 73162) or Westmoore (14800 S. Western Ave., OKC 73170) locations in OKC and in our Owasso (12455 E. 100th St. N., Ste. 300, Owasso 74055) location. Hours can be M-F 8a-5p or M-F 9a-6p-we'll work with you!

TRIAGE NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Provide superior customer service and care to all patients
-
Ability to empathize with our patients while providing quality medical care
-
Educate our patients on all services that we offer to make sure they receive great healthcare
-
Give instructions to patients as instructed by provider/triage protocols
-
Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls, and forward calls to providers and other staff
-
Schedule patients for any appointments as needed and audit charts to schedule well-child appointments

All other duties as assigned by nursing director

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time, in-person position. Hourly rate varies from $22-$25 depending on experience. Monday-Friday schedule (8a-5p or 9a-6p)
REQUIRED LICENSES:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license issued by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing (must be in good standing).
