Position Overview
We are looking for qualified coaches to work with our Junior Olympic (JO) and Xcel competitive teams. Successful candidates will help develop athletes' skills, build confidence, and foster a positive, disciplined training environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach and supervise JO and Xcel team athletes during practices and competitions
- Teach proper technique, strength, flexibility, and conditioning
- Ensure athlete safety and adherence to gym policies
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive coaching culture
- Attend meets, team events, and staff meetings as required
Qualifications
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience, preferably with JO and/or Xcel programs
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics skills, progressions, and safety standards
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying ages and skill levels
- Current safety certifications (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Competitive gymnastics background is a plus
