Duties:
TouchStone’s Web Operations Specialist keeps our clients’ websites running, current, and error-free. Web development has changed: nearly all of TouchStone’s website maintenance work is completed using AI development tools, and this role is built around that workflow. The Web Operations Specialist directs AI to complete maintenance and development tasks, then critically reviews, tests, and verifies that work before it reaches a client’s site. Working with the development, brand management, and marketing management account teams, their duties include, but aren’t limited to, the following:
- Providing ongoing reactive and proactive maintenance for existing web clients using AI-assisted development workflows
- Implementing webpage layout, content, and design updates
- Updating websites, CMS platforms, themes, and plugins
- Diagnosing site problems, bugs, and quality issues — using AI to investigate and critical thinking to isolate the root cause
- Reviewing, testing, and verifying all AI-generated code before it is deployed to a live site
- Ensuring every change is mobile responsive, ADA compliant, and secure
- Determining technical requirements for maintenance requests and web production tasks
- Writing clear, well-structured instructions (prompts) that produce accurate, high-quality AI output
- Monitoring client website health, performance, forms, and uptime
- Escalating complex application development and architecture needs to the Sr. Development team
- Communicating task status clearly with brand management and marketing management account teams
- Staying current on AI-assisted development tools and helping improve TouchStone’s AI workflows and best practices
Required:
- Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - enough to read, understand, and evaluate code.
- Strong critical thinking and debugging skills - the ability to form a hypothesis, test it, and verify the fix.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to complete real work.
- Understanding of how websites work: browsers, hosting, DNS, and content management systems.

Compensation:
Total Compensation*: $38,000 - $49,800
- Base Pay: $38,000
- Benchmark Pay: $7,600
- Fitness Earnings: $0 - $1,200
- President’s Club: $1,500 - $3,000
*includes base pay, benchmark pay, bonus pay, fitness earnings, and President’s Club.
*does not include spiffs or sales overrides that may occur.
