Personal injury law firm seeks first year attorney to oversee over 100 auto accident docket.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
-preparing clients for depositions while presenting them
-requesting medical records
-monitoring perfection of service and trial dates
-drafting petitions, discovery and motions
Starting rate $30.00-45.00 per hour plus discretionary bonus OR negotiable depending on legal experience. Available 4-6 days per week; 30-45 hours a week. Law firm is small and growing and anticipates that responsibilities and pay will increase.
Will consider a 3-6 month working interview and assessment with the right candidate. Looking for a self-sufficient hard worker looking to grow with the office. Free parking.
