Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
-
Perform minor preventative maintenance (changing engine oil and filters, tire rotations, engine/cabin air filter replacement).

Perform and complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.

Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor.
What You'll Bring
-
1+ years of experience in a lube tech position.
-
Previous experience working at a certified dealership.

Experience with the Subaru brand.

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Capability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

A focus on accuracy, efficiency, and completing assigned tasks.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The Hourly Pay Rate for this position is $19.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
