INTERMEDIATE CARE FACILITY/DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINERS
First Step’s Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID), is accepting applications for Full-time positions as Developmental Trainers/Direct Care Staff. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, provide a high school diploma or equivalency, have a clean driving record, and must work well with Youth and Adolescents. Background checks and drug screening are pre-qualifications for employment. Applicants must be able to assist with, activities of daily living, provide supervision, transport clients by van as needed, and be able to complete daily / monthly documentation. All shifts can be discussed, including nights and weekends. E.O.E.
