Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on literacy, math, and overall curriculum development.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and early learning concepts play-based methodologies.
- Help with classroom setup, cleaning, and preparation of educational materials to ensure an inviting learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative educational environment.
Experience
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
