Position Summary

As a Lead Stylist, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional client experiences while helping drive the success of the store through sales leadership, team coaching, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Client Experience & Styling
- Deliver elevated, personalized styling appointments that build lasting client relationships.
- Create complete head-to-toe looks by confidently styling apparel, denim, shoes, jewelry, and accessories.
- Build and maintain a loyal client book through consistent outreach, follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.
- Utilize clienteling tools to communicate new arrivals, promotions, and events.
Leadership
- Lead by example on the sales floor through exceptional selling behaviors and customer service.
- Coach and motivate stylists throughout each shift to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support the Store Director with onboarding and training new team members.
- Help create a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture.
- Provide real-time feedback and recognition to drive performance.
Operations
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and maintained to company merchandising standards.
- Assist with merchandising updates, floor sets, and product placement.
- Maintain fitting rooms, recovery, replenishment, and overall store presentation.
- Open and close the boutique following company procedures.
- Support inventory management, shipment processing, and operational tasks as needed.
Events & Community
- Assist in executing in-store events, private styling appointments, and local pop-ups.
- Represent the Bobbles & Lace brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during community events.
- Encourage client participation in boutique events and styling experiences.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion or boutique retail.
- Previous leadership experience (Lead Stylist, Key Holder, Assistant Manager, or similar).
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and creating confidence through personal service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Comfortable coaching peers and leading by example.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clienteling and appointment-based selling.
- Visual merchandising experience.
- Social media or content creation experience is a plus.
- Experience hosting or assisting with boutique events.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
