Trinity Preschool, a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church in northwest Arlington, is accepting applications for after preschool care teachers for the 2026-27 school year. The position hours are 2:30-4:15 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities will include supervising children age 12 months - 5 years old, following the Minimum Standards of the Texas Department of Children and Family Services and the Ministry Safe guidelines of the United Methodist Church.
Candidates for this position must be comfortable with groups of children, be able to work independently, possess good communication skills and be personally engaging and friendly. Teachers work in teams of two and supervise indoor and outdoor play.
Requirements include experience working with small children (preferred), a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a background check.
This is an ideal position for a college student or someone looking for a late afternoon part-time position. Additional hours may be available on an occasional basis.
