Duties
- Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain sales calendars.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales documents.
- Track leads and customer information.
- Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities.
- Generate sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, dispatching, or administrative coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Preferreed Service Titan experience
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
