Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural CAD Technician to join our structural engineering design team. Autodesk Revit is a requirement for this role. Working closely with the Structural Design Engineers the candidate will develop and coordinate BIM models and detailed construction documentation

Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by Architects and structural engineers, and make modifications to existing drawings.
Deliver coordinated 2D drawings and 3D BIM models aligned with structural design intent and construction sequencing.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and designers to understand their design requirements and resolve design and coordination issues.
Ensure technical accuracy, coordination integrity, and compliance with applicable codes and standards before issue.
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of drawing template standardisation across all projects to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in structural BIM and CAD production within a consultancy or contractor environment.
