We're seeking a skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As an Admission Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing admissions inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients. This full-time remote position offers $45,000 to $50,000 annually, with dedicated 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high volumes of inbound admissions inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.

Use Salesforce as a primary tool for lead tracking, documentation, and workflow management — proficiency with Salesforce is a strong advantage.

Navigate Call Tracking Metrics and Outlook efficiently for communication and follow-up.

Provide compassionate, professional customer service to prospective clients and their families.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail while multi-tasking across systems and client cases.

Coordinate internally with clinical, outreach, and admissions teams to ensure continuity of care and a smooth admissions process.

Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and privacy regulations.

Requirements:
Requirements

High School Diploma preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Previous experience in behavioral health admissions preferred

Strong computer literacy is essential, including experience with Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics, and Outlook.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
