AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- PMO Project Management professional with a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in performing PMO activities for large scale projects.
- Requires coordinating with multiple internal teams and multiple client stakeholders and maintaining a portfolio of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Maintain and update the RAID logs (risks, issues, actions, and decisions)
- Track owners, due dates, mitigation plans, and status
- Actively manage the risks and issues including escalations
- Track action items to closure
- Document decisions and dependencies
- Reporting of project status
- Provide input to weekly/monthly status reports
- Support status meetings and RAID reviews including invites, meeting minutes, facilitation
- Escalate blockers early
- Ensure stakeholders submit status and update their items
- Assess and identify risk probability and impact
- Track issue resolution plans
- Monitor dependencies Tools: Excel, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Project management fundamentals - PMBOK
- Risk management and mitigation planning
- Data tracking and reporting
- Follow through and great attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to push for updates and accountability
- Stakeholder management Qualifications: Software Development Project Management support roles –
- 3-year minimum PMP certified
Preferred Skills:
- 3-year minimum PMP certified bachelor’s degree
