A clinical background is welcome but not required. If you are an ATC, PTA, OTA, PT, OT, or another rehabilitation professional looking to transition away from direct patient care while staying connected to the rehabilitation profession, you will already understand our audience. If your background is in operations, event planning, customer success, education, or project coordination, we would love to hear from you too. What matters most is that you are highly organized, dependable, communicate well, and enjoy making things happen.

- Manage scheduling, registrations, logistics, materials, and instructor communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, host sites, and course participants

- Help drive course enrollment through proactive outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales
- Compliance with CE credits & help create new webinars/courses with partners
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations while continuously improving our processes
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience coordinating programs, events, or projects where you owned the details
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and comfort being the person people rely on.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without letting details slip
- Comfortable working across software platforms and quick to pick up new tools
- Confidence speaking on the phone to customers
Nice to Have
- Experience in continuing education, healthcare, rehabilitation, customer success, or event coordination
- Familiarity with CEU requirements, accreditation, or CRM and LMS platforms
- Experience growing programs, managing enrollments, or building professional relationships
