A long-established, well-respected optical practice in Brooklyn is looking for an experienced Optical Sales Associate to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable optical professional who enjoys working with customers and has a strong background in optical sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of optical experience is required
Strong knowledge of eyeglass prescriptions and optical products
Proven experience in optical sales and customer service
Experience working with VSP, Versant Health, EyeMed, and union insurance plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently recommend frames, lenses, and other optical products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced optical environment
Officemate software experience is a plus
