Quality Surfaces fabricates and installs granite, quartz, and natural stone countertops. We're hiring a Stone Countertop Installer to join our install crew and deliver the kind of finished work that earns five-star reviews.
This is a base-plus-production role. You earn an hourly base, plus piece rates for the work you complete—so the harder and more efficiently you work, the more you make. Our installers typically earn $24–$30/hour all in.
Key Responsibilities
- Install fabricated countertops in granite, quartz, and natural stone in homes and businesses.
- Transport, handle, and set heavy stone slabs safely.
- Seam, level, and secure tops to cabinetry with precision.
- Tear out existing countertops, install sinks, and perform on-site fit, finish, and touch-up.
- Cut, drill holes, and repair seams as needed.
- Interact professionally with customers and leave every space clean.
Qualifications
- Some experience in countertop, stone, or related construction/installation work.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished quality.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
