We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team on first shift. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting fasteners and related components to ensure they meet customer and internal quality requirements. This role works closely with production and engineering to monitor product quality and help resolve issues on the shop floor.
The right candidate will have:
- 1–3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with inspection of metal parts or fasteners preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Familiarity with basic measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cold heading or fastener manufacturing (preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO or other quality management systems (preferred)
- Experience using ERP or quality tracking software (preferred)
Hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: $20 to $23 p/hr
