Role Description
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION.
WORKING AS A COMPOZURE PERSONAL ASSISTANT IS A PART OF THE GIG ECONOMY, OFFERING FLEXIBLE, PROJECT-BASED OPPORTUNITIES. OUR PERSONAL ASSISTANTS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS - AS AN ASSISTANT YOU COULD BE WORKING WITH AS LITTLE AS NO CLIENTS OR 5 CLIENTS AT A GIVEN TIME.
We are seeking Personal & Lifestyle Assistants for contract opportunities in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person support as well as remote flexibility. The ideal candidate combines executive-level support experience with strong home organization and household management skills.
The assistant will handle a range of personal and administrative tasks for our clients such as:
- Home Organizing
- Calendar Management
- Errand Running & Retail Shopping
- Appointment Scheduling
- Travel Planning & Booking
- Event Planning & Reservation Booking
- Day-to-day activity coordination for household members
- Contractor Research & Coordination
- Property Management

Qualifications
- Experience in Hospitality, personal assistance or executive administration
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clerical and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking
- Familiarity with the New York City Metropolitan Area is a plus
- Prior concierge or luxury client-facing experience is desirable
