Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

The Worx Outpatient Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Logan, Utah. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care with a low patient-to-therapist ratio, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume.

Our campus provides a full continuum of care, including rehabilitation services, assisted living, outpatient therapy, senior wellness programs, and health education. Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Guide patients through individualized therapeutic exercise programs

Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety practices

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations

Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
Required:

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current or eligible PTA license in the state of Utah

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Previous clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
