Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily food serving operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead staff training sessions on food preparation, menu, serve safe and customer service techniques, food hot holding & cold holding
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene compliance across all kitchen and front-of-house activities
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reducing waste to optimize food costs
- Scheduling and labor management
- Coordinate shift management by assigning roles, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth transitions between team members
- Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and providing ongoing training & development for staff members
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a quick-service or healthcare environment with strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with healthcare standard and requirement, must have time management experience
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices within the food industry
- Background in hospitality management or restaurant management with a focus on team management and customer service excellence
- Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills for staff training, interviewing potential team members, and managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of kitchen management, food production processes, and culinary techniques is highly desirable
- Commitment to food safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
