X-Ray Technician — Part-Time
Poughkeepsie, NY | $35–$40 per Hour
Join The IMA Group as an X-Ray Technician and bring your skills to a team that values precision, compassion, and work-life balance. This part-time role is based out of our Poughkeepsie office with a predictable schedule — Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM — plus occasional travel to our Middletown location.
You'll play a key role in patient care, performing diagnostic imaging that supports physicians in delivering accurate, timely evaluations. If you're looking for meaningful part-time work with consistent hours and a supportive clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Perform X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians

Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with care and professionalism

Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in line with safety standards

Deliver a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

Keep accurate, timely documentation and patient records

Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to support diagnoses

Travel occasionally between our Poughkeepsie and Middletown offices
What We're Looking For
-
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Registered Radiologic Technologist with current certification/licensure

Completed clinical externship training

One or more years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care

Access to reliable transportation for travel between office locations
