GreenView Partners is a rapidly growing commercial landscape company in the central North Carolina region with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, Fayetteville, and Charlotte. Our maintenance customers include large office parks, homeowner’s associations, apartment complexes and shopping centers.
We currently have an immediate opening for FULL TIME commercial Field Manager in our Raleigh office. We are looking for hard working individuals to grow with us! ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Field Manager for our Raleigh branch to oversee and manage landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team in maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-kept. This is a full-time position reporting to the Production Manager.
Shift: Monday – Friday (some weekends)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field staff.

Maintain landscapes, gardens, trees, and lawns to high standards.

Train and develop crew members.
-
Be accountable and ensure crew performs all work assigned.

Assure that the work is performed to the highest quality standards in accordance with the job specifications.

Communicate daily with managers for all aspects related to assigned job sites.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

Ensure equipment and tools are properly utilized and maintained.

Implement safety protocols for all field operations and ensure crew observes all safety rules.

Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic among the crew.

Report equipment problems, unsafe conditions, and accidents to your supervisor and office immediately.

Be able to operate equipment in a safe and competent manner and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Drive the company vehicle in a safe and competent manner, following company safety policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations for the operating of such vehicle.
EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience in supervising landscaping or groundskeeping teams

Proficiency in lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, and garden upkeep

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team

Knowledge of landscape construction techniques

Ability to build and maintain client relationships
