As a Sales Associate, you'll meet new customers every day, introduce wireless products and services, and help people find options that make sense for the way they stay connected. Every Sales Associate receives hands-on coaching while building confidence, product knowledge, and professional experience in an active environment where no two conversations are exactly the same.
Responsibilities of the Sales Associate
- Connect with customers at community events and promotional setups while creating a welcoming first impression.
- Introduce customers to current wireless products, plans, features, and promotions through natural conversations.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand what customers want from their wireless service.
- Recommend options based on individual needs, preferences, and everyday mobile usage.
- Demonstrate wireless features and make product information simple for customers to understand.
- Help interested customers compare available options and confidently move forward with enrollment.
- Build positive relationships by answering questions and making sure customers feel informed throughout the experience.
- Contribute to daily campaign goals while continuing to grow as a Sales Associate through coaching and feedback.
Qualifications of the Sales Associate
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Customer service, restaurants, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Positive, dependable, and comfortable working in active community and event environments.
