Summary
Provide general back-office functions commonly found in a legal setting including typing, emails, data entry, database and web-based navigation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enter data using current technology and proprietary software.

Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.

Review and enter data updates in the systems.

Review discrepancies in data received.

Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.

Performs clerical duties as required - printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

Serve as back up in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required.

Punctual and regular attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills

Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for supported states

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred

Professional office work environment. Office Hours are 9AM – 6PM ET.
