Job Description: Showroom Assistant
Classification: Non-Exempt, Regular, “At Will” Work Status
Reports To: Operations Manager
Status: Part-time (hours: 10am-2pm), every Saturday
Re-Bath is a fast-growing, bathroom remodeling company with annual revenues exceeding $35M and looking to grow to $50M in 2-3 years. We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions):

Greeting potential customers and showing them products in the showroom.

Capturing relevant customer information on a form and then relaying it to the Call Center immediately.

Stay educated on product knowledge.

Securing the building by making sure the doors are locked and alarm is armed.

Cleaning the office and showroom
-
Dusting & wiping displays down weekly.
-
Vacuuming and mopping the floors weekly.
-
Cleaning bathrooms weekly.
-
Emptying waste baskets weekly.
-
Additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by manager.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work on your own and manage your time

Reliable transportation to get to and from work

Computer literacy and typing ability to forward information as needed
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting 50% at designated workstation

Standing/walking 50% (cleaning, down time, helping potential customers, etc.)

Lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, pushing & pulling

Schedule Requirements:

Part-time position with potential for varying schedules based on business needs.

Weekend hours to accommodate customer availability.

Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak seasons or special campaigns.
