Shop Assistant Position
Assist shop technicians with maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist in keeping tack of preventative maintenance records for all equipment such as: Pick Ups, Concrete Pump Trucks, Concrete Mixer Trucks, Dump Trucks, Conveyor Trucks, Tractors, All trailer types (standard, pneumatic, side dump, etc.), Loaders, Skid Steer, etc
- Assist in ordering parts for services, repairs and maintenance in accordance with Department of Transportation and company policies, standards and codes
- Organize and keep records of all parts ordered and stock inventor.
- Follows safety rules: utilizes protective clothing and equipment, reports safety hazards and incidents to supervisor
- Attend safety meetings when scheduled
