SUMMARY
The part-time position will provide on-site IT support on Saturday as well as one weekday to ensure the property’s information management system continues to perform as it should.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist users with requests submitted through the IT HotSOS ticketing system, as well as email and voicemail requests promptly.
- Assign and maintain user login and password(s)
- Work with third-party vendors for ongoing maintenance and support of the property's telephone, internet, and Wifi system.
- Evaluate unresolved issues and monitor follow-up to ensure timely resolution
- Performs preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Associate degree or equivalent to two to three years related experience and/or training.
2. Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows, desktop/laptop operating systems.
3. Knowledge of computer networking.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication (both verbal and in writing) skills.
5. Critical thinker and attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize according to deadlines.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is on-site at our Stowe, Vermont Property. This is NOT a remote position.
