Appraisal firm in MD looking for an experienced professional to assist in writing appraisal reports. Candidate should be proficient with ACI software and have experience with all types of appraisal forms. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years writing appraisals and or currently writing appraisals for another appraiser. Candidate should have experience using Bright MLS. Please do not respond if you are not experienced and currently proficient in writing appraisal reports.
This position is not for someone that wants to learn how to write appraisals or start a career in real estate. This position is only for highly qualified real estate professionals with a bonified and proven track record.
