Pinnacle Insurance Advisors helps seniors find the right Medicare coverage through personalized, one-on-one guidance. We're a licensed Medicare advisory team specializing in Medicare Supplement (Medigap) and Medicare Advantage plans, and we're growing our sales team.
About the Role
We're looking for motivated salespeople to join our in-office sales team selling Medicare Advantage plans. This is a phone sales position that does require experience selling Medicare Advantage plans.
What You'll Do
- Work warm, pre-qualified inbound leads
- Educate seniors on plan options
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, trustworthy phone presence
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable — willing to learn and apply feedback quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment
- Health/life insurance license and Medicare Advantage experience
Compensation
- Weekly pay plus commission
- Periodic bonuses tied to performance and sales competitions
- Uncapped earning potential based on production
